Manchester United legend Gary Neville has tipped Arsenal to win the Premier League title in the upcoming 2025–26 season. According to Neville, it’s finally time for the North London club to end their long wait for a league title.
Arsenal, under manager Mikel Arteta, have finished runners-up in the Premier League for three consecutive seasons. Their point tallies in those campaigns were 84, 89, and 74 respectively, with the most recent 2024–25 season seeing them finish 10 points behind champions Liverpool.
Speaking on The Overlap, Neville responded to a question about his Premier League prediction for next season, saying: “I’ve got to go to Arsenal again, I’ve got to double down, haven’t I? I’ve gone there the last two seasons and they finished second in the last three seasons, actually. I’m going to stick with them.”
Despite narrowly missing out on the title in recent years, Neville believes Arsenal’s consistency under Arteta gives them a strong chance to finally lift their first Premier League trophy since 2004.
