Marcus Rashford Signs for Barcelona on Loan with €30m Buy Option

England international Marcus Rashford has officially signed his contract to become a new Barcelona player, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
This follows recent revelations surrounding Rashford’s loan move from Manchester United to the Spanish giants. The necessary paperwork had already been finalized by the Catalan club, with the forward arriving in Spain on Sunday to complete the deal.
Barcelona have agreed to cover Rashford’s full gross salary of €14 million (€7 million net), with the player accepting a 15 percent pay cut to facilitate the move.
The contract under head coach Hansi Flick also includes a €30 million buy option, which can be activated in June 2026.
Rashford, who found himself out of favour at Manchester United under manager Ruben Amorim last season, had previously spent a loan spell at Aston Villa.
