Premier League Giants Eye Gonzalo García, But Real Madrid Starlet Dreams of Bernabéu Stay

Three of the Premier League’s top clubs have set their sights on signing Real Madrid forward Gonzalo García during the ongoing summer transfer window.
However, as reported by Madrid Xtra (via Diario AS), García remains intent on staying with the Spanish giants, as playing for Real Madrid has always been his dream.
The report further reveals that Los Blancos are currently in talks with the 21-year-old’s representatives to secure his future with a first-team contract.
García caught the eye with a standout performance at the Club World Cup held in the United States, where he emerged as the tournament’s top scorer, netting four goals.
His stellar display under Xabi Alonso has sparked interest from multiple top-tier European sides, including Premier League heavyweights. Despite this, Real Madrid are determined to retain García’s services and are pushing to keep him at the Santiago Bernabéu beyond the summer.
Although García still has two years remaining on his current contract, his release clause is considered a bargain by Premier League standards—set at just $55 million.
