VeryDarkMan Claims He Saved GehGeh’s Platform During Sister’s Controversy

Social media activist, VeryDarkMan, has accused financial commentator GehGeh of failing to appreciate his support during the controversy involving his sister, Precious.
VeryDarkMan made the allegation in a social media post while reacting to claims that he was attempting to bring GehGeh down.
He claimed that he intervened when the commentator faced intense criticism from Nigerians, adding that music promoter Tunde Ednut also supported him during the period.
According to VeryDarkMan, he advised GehGeh on how to manage the backlash and shift the public narrative in his favour.
“Without me una for pull Gehgeh down. I saved his platform, I saved him. Social media turned against him, only one person stood by him or let’s say two because Tunde Ednut helped him,” he wrote.
The activist further alleged that GehGeh failed to acknowledge his contribution after the controversy had subsided.
“After he did everything, I told him and the narrative changed to his favour, he never came back to say thank you,” he added.
He also accused GehGeh of encouraging claims that he wanted to destroy his platform, insisting that the commentator owed him for the support he allegedly received.
“You wey them don finish already. That clown owes me his platform,” he wrote.
The disagreement comes amid an appeal by GehGeh’s sister, Precious, who called on VeryDarkMan to remind the commentator about an alleged N5 million promise.
In a message to the activist, Precious claimed that GehGeh had not given her the money despite promising to do so.
“Uncle VeryDarkMan my helper, GehGeh did not give me the 5 million naira you told him to give me. All he did was audio. Please VeryDarkMan help me remind him to fulfil the promise, I still need help,” she said.
She appealed to VeryDarkMan to intervene, saying she was still in need of the financial assistance.
