Rahman Jago Breaks Silence on Poco Lee’s UK Case: ‘This Is When He Needs Us Most’

Nigerian media personality and socialite Rahman Jago has spoken in support of dancer and entertainer Poco Lee amid reports of his legal troubles in the United Kingdom.

Rahman Jago, whose real name is Tiamiu Abdulrahman Kayode, described the situation as painful and urged the public to avoid rushing to conclusions over the case.

In a post on X, he said his knowledge of Poco Lee’s personality made the development particularly difficult for him to process.

He also suggested that details currently in the public domain may not represent the full picture.

“Seeing my brother go through such a serious and painful situation is heartbreaking. I know the person he is, and I truly believe there is more to this situation than what people may have heard,” he wrote.

Rahman Jago further appealed to people not to exploit the controversy for attention.

“This is not the time to chase clout. We all know Poco to be a joy giver, and this is when he needs us the most,” he added.

His comments come amid reports that Poco Lee is being held on remand in the UK and is expected to appear before Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15, 2026, for plea and trial preparation.

The court has confirmed that the hearing is listed for that date, although the exact time and courtroom are expected to be made available on the day before the proceedings.

The case has generated reactions from fans and figures within Nigeria’s entertainment industry, with some calling for support for the dancer while the legal process runs its course.

Poco Lee has not been convicted of any offence, and the allegations against him remain subject to the outcome of the court proceedings.
