Kano Govt Promises Pillars Bonus Ahead of Plateau Clash

The Kano State Government has approved cash incentives for Kano Pillars FC players and officials ahead of their final Nigeria Premier Football League fixture against Plateau United FC.

The announcement was made on Tuesday in Kano by the State Adviser on Youth Affairs and Sports, Sani Musa Danja.

Kano Pillars will travel to the New Jos Stadium this weekend for the matchday 38 encounter, needing at least a draw to secure their top-flight status.

The Sai Masu Gida currently occupy 10th place on the NPFL table with 48 points, while Plateau United sit 12th with 47 points.

Bayelsa United FC and Wikki Tourists FC have already been relegated, with two additional teams still facing the drop.
