France Football has announced the nominees for the 2026 Ballon d’Or awards, with the official shortlist published on its website on Tuesday.
Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembélé is the reigning men’s Ballon d’Or winner, having edged Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal for the prestigious award last year.
The 2026 ceremony is scheduled to hold in London, United Kingdom, on October 26.
Among the nominees for the Women’s Club of the Year award are Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Club América, Manchester City and OL Lyonnes.
The Men’s Club of the Year category features Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Bodø/Glimt, Flamengo and Paris Saint-Germain.
