Manchester City Sign Four Ahead of Club World Cup, Including £46m Midfielder Tijjani Reijnders

Manchester City have completed the signings of four players ahead of their participation in the Club World Cup, with the latest addition being Tijjani Reijnders, who joined from AC Milan in a £46 million deal finalized on Wednesday.
Reijnders, recently crowned Serie A’s Midfielder of the Season for the 2024–25 campaign, will now be available to feature for City during the upcoming tournament. His arrival bolsters the midfield following the departure of veteran playmaker Kevin De Bruyne.
The Dutch international becomes the fourth new signing for the Premier League champions this summer, joining Rayan Ait-Nouri, Marcus Bettinelli, and Rayan Cherki in making the move to the Etihad Stadium.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Reijnders expressed his excitement: “Under Pep Guardiola, City have won so many titles, and I want to help keep that going with a lot more success in the coming years. It is also a dream come true to play in the Premier League.”
