Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli have shown interest in signing Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, as the Nigerian looks set to leave the club following their relegation from the Premier League.
Ndidi, 28, is expected to depart the King Power Stadium this summer and has a £9 million release clause in his contract, which still has two years remaining.
According to Saudi outlet Arriyadiyah, Al Ahli have already made contact with Ndidi’s representatives and are optimistic about persuading him to make the move to the Middle East.
The club is also reportedly targeting another Nigeria international, striker Victor Osimhen, as they look to bolster their squad with high-profile talent.
