Wayne Rooney Issues Stark Warning to Ruben Amorim Amid Manchester United’s Winless Start

Former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has delivered a blunt message to current manager Ruben Amorim, insisting there are no longer any excuses for failing to secure victories this season.
The Red Devils remain without a Premier League win after their 1-1 draw at Fulham on Sunday, despite investing over £200 million in new signings throughout the summer transfer window.
United bolstered their attacking options with the arrivals of Benjamin Sesko, Matheus Cunha, and Bryan Mbeumo, raising hopes of a significant improvement following last season’s disappointing 15th-place finish.
In light of a recent home defeat to Arsenal and the draw at Craven Cottage, Rooney emphasized the urgency for positive results.
“There’s no excuses now for the manager this season. He’s got to start getting results and getting them quickly,” Rooney stated on his BBC podcast.
He added, “Once you start getting into October or November, if results don’t change drastically that’s when the pressure comes.”
