NAPTIP Declares Speed Darlington Wanted for Alleged Rape, Cyberbullying

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has declared controversial musician and social media personality, Darlington Okoye, popularly known as Speed Darlington, wanted over serious allegations including rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.

The agency made the announcement on Friday via its official Instagram account, stating:

“WANTED BY NAPTIP
Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, is wanted in connection with alleged offences including rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.
Anyone with credible information on his whereabouts is urged to contact NAPTIP immediately via 07030000203 or email info@naptip.gov.ng.”

The declaration comes after Speed Darlington allegedly failed to respond to an earlier invitation by the agency. The summons was issued following a controversial Instagram Live session where he claimed to have engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl—an admission that sparked public outrage and prompted a formal investigation.

As of now, NAPTIP is actively seeking information from the public to locate and apprehend the entertainer.
