
The Vice President of Colombia, Francia Márquez, has arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, for a three-day official visit aimed at deepening bilateral relations between Nigeria and Colombia.
Márquez’s visit marks a significant milestone in Nigeria–Colombia diplomatic ties and is expected to strengthen cooperation across multiple sectors.
According to officials, discussions during her stay will focus on expanding collaboration in governance, trade, agriculture, energy, education, and security, among other key areas of mutual interest.
The visit forms part of ongoing efforts by both countries to enhance strategic partnerships that foster economic growth, peace, and sustainable development.
