Manchester City have assigned Enzo Fernandez the number 17 shirt following his deadline-day transfer from Chelsea.
City agreed a £125 million deal with their Premier League rivals for the 25-year-old midfielder after weeks of negotiations.
Fernandez has signed a five-year contract with the Etihad club and will take over the No. 17 jersey, previously worn by Kevin De Bruyne.
The shirt has also been worn by former City players including Sun Jihai and Martin Petrov.
The Argentina international joins Elliot Anderson, Gerónimo Rulli and Ayyoub Bouaddi in moving to Enzo Maresca’s squad, while Iliman Ndiaye also arrived on deadline day.
