Rodrygo Eyes Premier League Move as Arsenal Exit Talks Over High Wage Demands

Real Madrid winger Rodrygo Goes had initially set his sights on joining Arsenal this summer, but the move now appears unlikely to materialize.
According to ESPN Brazil, the 24-year-old is preparing to leave the Spanish giants, with his focus firmly on securing a switch to the Premier League.
While Rodrygo reportedly preferred a move to Arsenal, negotiations have stalled due to the player’s significant wage demands, which exceed what the Gunners are willing to offer.
Despite Arsenal pulling out of contention, Rodrygo could still land in England’s top flight, as both Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are showing strong interest in securing his services.
Real Madrid have been active in the transfer market, already completing signings for Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dean Huijsen, Álvaro Carreras, and 17-year-old Argentine talent Franco Mastantuono.
With the squad now comprising 25 senior players, Los Blancos are expected to offload several names before the transfer window closes.
