Peller Fires Back at Carter Efe: ‘I Would Have Ended Your Career Long Ago’

Nigerian content creator Peller has responded sharply to comedian and streamer Carter Efe, warning that he would have ended his career long ago if not for the respect he has for him.

Peller’s reaction followed comments by Carter about his relationship with fellow content creator Jarvis and other aspects of his personal life.

In a video addressing the remarks, Peller said he had continued to overlook Carter’s comments despite feeling that the comedian had repeatedly crossed boundaries.

“Carterefe, I respect you a lot. If not, I would have ended your career a long time ago. I’ll be on my own, you’ll be coming for me and my wife,” Peller said.

He accused Carter of repeatedly advising him to end his relationship with Jarvis, while also suggesting that the comedian was overly concerned with competing with other content creators.

“You are always advising me to leave Jarvis, and you like competition too much,” he said.

Peller also turned his attention to Carter’s past relationship with Elma, questioning the state of their relationship and criticising some of the comedian’s alleged conduct during a trip to the United Kingdom.

He further took a swipe at Carter over his responsibilities as a father, alleging that the comedian had not been adequately caring for his child.

“Him no dey shame, him born pikin, he no dey take care of am,” Peller said.

The content creator went on to contrast the allegation with how he said he would handle fatherhood if he and Jarvis had a child.

“Bro, if I don give my wife pregnant, you go look how I go take care of my own child,” he said.

Peller also accused Carter of inappropriate behaviour involving women during his UK trip, before delivering another warning over what he described as his competitive attitude.

“Competition will kill you,” Peller said.

The exchange adds to the growing back-and-forth between the two Nigerian content creators, with both men publicly commenting on each other’s personal lives and careers.
