Luis Enrique Praises Xabi Alonso’s Real Madrid Ahead of Club World Cup Semi-Final

Paris Saint-Germain manager, Luis Enrique, has acknowledged the difficulty in analyzing the current Real Madrid squad under the leadership of their manager, Xabi Alonso.

Speaking during his pre-match press conference ahead of PSG’s FIFA Club World Cup semi-final clash with Real Madrid on Wednesday night, Enrique described the Spanish side as formidable and filled with talented players.

“This Real Madrid team is difficult to analyze,” Enrique said, as quoted by El Larguero. “We know that they all have quality and are very strong. Xabi Alonso has everything to be up to the task at a club like Real Madrid.”

Real Madrid advanced to the semi-finals following a thrilling 3-2 victory over Bayern Munich. PSG, meanwhile, also defeated the German side, winning 2-0 in an earlier round of the competition.

The highly anticipated match between Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. Nigerian time.
