Israel Strikes Two Iranian Naval Missile Production Sites in Tehran
The Israel Defense Forces has announced airstrikes on two naval cruise missile production facilities in Tehran, operating under Iran’s Ministry of Defence.
“In recent days, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, struck two key naval cruise missile production sites in Tehran,” the military said in a statement.
According to the IDF, the targeted facilities were engaged in developing and manufacturing long-range naval cruise missiles capable of striking targets both at sea and on land.
“These strikes represent another step in deepening the damage done to the regime’s military production infrastructure,” the military added.
The announcement follows last week’s Israeli air operations against Iranian naval vessels in the Caspian Sea, including ships reportedly equipped with anti-submarine missile systems, highlighting a broader campaign aimed at disrupting Iran’s maritime military capabilities.
