Super Falcons interim head coach Augustine Eguavoen has urged his team to capitalise on their first-leg lead when they host Comoros in the return fixture of the 2028 Olympic Games qualifiers.
Nigeria secured a 2-0 victory in Saturday’s first leg and will welcome the island nation to the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne on Tuesday.
Eguavoen is aiming for another win to seal the team’s progress.
“We are enjoying a two-goal advantage, but we will try as much as possible to see how we can wrap it up by winning tomorrow’s game. Maybe one, maybe two, maybe three,” Eguavoen told a press conference.
“I’m interested in goals, but the structure of the team is what I’m really interested in. The bottom line is to win, and we will try to do that.”
The match will kick off at 6 p.m. local time.
