Akwa United have named Paul Offor as their new technical adviser as preparations begin for the 2025–26 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
The club confirmed Offor’s appointment in an official statement released on Wednesday.
Offor will be supported by a technical team comprising Tosin Adekugbe, Okechukwu Promise, Bassey Akpan, and Akarandut Orok, with Orok taking on the role of goalkeeper coach.
In addition to the coaching appointments, the club also unveiled changes in its leadership structure. Joseph Eno has taken over as the new chairman of Akwa United.
Other key members of the revamped management team include Pastor Ini Edoho as Vice Chairman, Jimmy Joshua as General Manager, Elder Omon Bassey as Club Secretary, Mr. Festus Akpan as Team Manager, Mr. Mfon Patrick as Media Manager, and Mr. NsikakAbasi Akpan as Assistant Media Manager.
Akwa United are aiming for a swift return to the top flight after being relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) last season.
