Carter Efe Ends Portable’s Boxing Reign with Unanimous Victory at Chaos in the Ring 4

Comedian Carter Efe has defeated singer Portable by unanimous decision to become the new celebrity boxing champion at Chaos in the Ring 4.
The bout, held on Friday night at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, ended with all three judges scoring the fight 27–30 in favour of Carter Efe.
The result brings an end to Portable’s unbeaten run in celebrity boxing and sees him lose the title he previously held.
Before the fight, Portable had entered the ring with confidence, declaring his intention to secure a third belt after earlier victories over entertainers Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington. He insisted he would extend his winning streak despite facing a lighter opponent.
Carter Efe, however, dismissed the challenge ahead of the bout, predicting a quick finish and promising dominance in the ring.
Once the fight began, Portable started aggressively with wide, unstructured punches, while Carter Efe maintained composure, using his height and reach advantage to absorb pressure and respond with cleaner shots.
Across the second and third rounds, the pattern remained consistent. Portable frequently rushed forward and clinched, but Carter Efe landed more effective combinations, particularly to the body and head.
In the final round, Carter Efe maintained control, securing the judges’ decision and sealing a clear victory.
The outcome marks Portable’s first defeat in the celebrity boxing circuit and officially crowns Carter Efe as the new titleholder in the growing entertainment boxing showcase.
