Churchill Responds to Divorce Rumours, Emphasises Commitment to Children

Businessman Olakunle Churchill has addressed growing speculation surrounding his marriage to actress Rosy Meurer, following reports suggesting a possible split.
Rumours had circulated that Meurer filed for divorce on April 20, 2026, amid claims linked to Churchill’s recent interactions with his former wife, Tonto Dikeh. The speculation intensified after the ex-couple were seen together following their son King Andre’s 10th birthday earlier this year.
Breaking his silence on Friday via Instagram Stories, Churchill did not directly confirm or deny the divorce claims. Instead, he highlighted his role as a father, stating that his children remain his top priority. He wrote that in any situation requiring a choice, he would always choose his kids above anything else.
The rumours gained traction months after Churchill reunited with Tonto Dikeh in January 2026, nearly a decade after their highly publicised separation. At the time, he clarified that their renewed contact was solely for co-parenting purposes and not a rekindling of their past relationship.
Since then, both have appeared together in photos and videos, fueling further public interest and speculation.
Churchill married Meurer in 2019, two years after his divorce from Dikeh. The actress had previously been associated with the former couple during their earlier relationship, a detail that has continued to draw attention in discussions around their personal lives.
As of now, neither Churchill nor Meurer has officially confirmed the alleged divorce, leaving the situation open to interpretation.
