Fulham Chase Sterling and Chukwueze as Brentford Close in on Nelson Loan

Fulham are pushing to complete two major signings before the summer transfer window shuts later today, with Chelsea’s Raheem Sterling and AC Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze both on their radar.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the Cottagers remain in discussions with Sterling, having identified the England international as a key option this summer.

Meanwhile, Fulham have already reached an agreement on personal terms with Chukwueze. The Nigeria winger is expected to undergo his medical in London today ahead of a proposed move.

In a separate development, Brentford have struck a deal with Arsenal to secure the services of Reiss Nelson.

The 25-year-old winger has opted for a loan move to the Bees despite receiving interest from several Premier League and European clubs. He is now headed for his medical as the transfer deadline approaches.
