Super Eagles forward Victor Boniface is on the brink of completing a transfer from Bayer Leverkusen to AC Milan.
As reported by Plettigoal, discussions between the involved parties have reached an advanced phase, and confidence is high that the deal will soon be finalized.
The Nigerian striker has become a key target for Milan manager Massimiliano Allegri, who is looking to bolster his attacking options.
The Serie A giants have been actively searching for a top-tier forward following the recent departures of Alvaro Morata and Tammy Abraham.
After engaging in discussions with Boniface’s camp, the player has reportedly given his approval for the move to proceed.
Milan are currently in negotiations with Leverkusen to settle on the financial terms of the proposed transfer for the 24-year-old.
Earlier this year, Boniface was close to leaving the German club, but a potential switch to Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr ultimately collapsed.
