A government announcement published on Tuesday states that the United States has expanded its list of Chinese enterprises that U.S. investigators are unable to check to include thirteen more companies.
A guideline put in place under the Biden administration states that after 60 days, Washington will begin the process of adding a country to the entity list, a more stringent export control list, if it forbids U.S. authorities from performing site inspections at businesses on the unverified list.
The new additions include PNC Systems Co Ltd of Jiangsu, Beijing Shengbo Xietong Technology Co Ltd, Guangzhou Xinwei Transportation Co Ltd and Plexus (Xiamen) Co Ltd.
