Tinubu Approves List of 65 Ambassadors, Begins Deployment Process

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the posting of 65 ambassadors and high commissioners to Nigeria’s diplomatic missions worldwide, following their confirmation by the Senate last December. The appointments include 31 career diplomats and 34 non-career nominees.

Some countries have already granted approval for designated envoys, while others are still processing Nigeria’s requests in line with standard international practice.
