Sokoto United FC will resume preparations for the 2026/27 Nigeria National League season on Monday, August 24.
The club announced the date in a statement signed by its Media Manager, Abdulsalam Ibrahim Imam, directing all coaches and retained players to report on or before the scheduled resumption.
The club will also conduct trials as it looks to recruit new players and strengthen the squad ahead of the new campaign.
Only officially invited players are expected to take part, while those who arrive without an invitation will bear the cost of their feeding, transportation and other personal expenses.
Sokoto United urged its players and coaching staff to return focused, fully prepared and committed to achieving a successful 2026/27 season.
