According to him, the first phase of the development is expected to be completed and ready for occupation by December 2026.

He described Delta State as fortunate to be led by a governor who prioritises development and public welfare, noting that effective leadership creates an enabling environment for investment and growth.

Obi Cubana also commended the governor for his accessibility and openness to investors, stressing that such qualities encourage confidence in long-term development projects across the state.

On the Cubana Millennium City (CMC) Asaba project, the Cubana Group chairman described the estate as a major addition to the city’s evolving landscape. The project, envisioned as a premium mixed-use development, is designed to attract homeowners and investors while contributing to Asaba’s emergence as a key urban and commercial hub.

The development aligns with the Oborevwori administration’s MORE Agenda, which emphasises accelerated development, economic expansion and improved living standards for residents of Delta State.
