“I Wish I Could Quit Smoking” – Ice Prince Opens Up About Struggles with Cannabis

Nigerian rapper Panshak Zamani, better known by his stage name Ice Prince, has candidly shared his ongoing struggle with smoking and his desire to quit.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Konnected Minds podcast, the award-winning artist revealed that his ability to roll cannabis has made it significantly harder for him to give up the habit. He expressed regret over ever learning the skill, suggesting that it has contributed to his frequent use.
“One of the things I wish I could unlearn is how to roll cannabis,” Ice Prince said. “If I hadn’t learned that, I’d probably smoke with moderation—or maybe not at all. But because I know how to roll, I smoke as soon as I wake up or whenever I’m in the studio. I don’t let anyone else roll for me.”
He was quick to clarify that, despite his smoking habits, he doesn’t indulge in hard drugs or mix cannabis with any other substances. “I don’t do drugs or mix it with any crazy stuff. I just really wish I had never learned how to roll,” he added.
His honest reflection highlights the often overlooked personal battles many artists face behind the scenes.
