Eintracht Frankfurt Open Talks with Club Brugge Over Raphael Onyedika Loan Deal

Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have entered negotiations with Club Brugge for the signing of Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika.

As reported by Sky Sports journalist Patrick Berger, Frankfurt are exploring a deal that would initially bring Onyedika in on loan, with a mandatory purchase clause included. Further discussions between the two clubs are expected to take place following Frankfurt’s Bundesliga fixture against TSG Hoffenheim on Saturday.

However, completing the deal may prove challenging, as Onyedika remains a key player for Club Brugge. The 23-year-old has also drawn interest from Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray, further complicating Frankfurt’s pursuit.

Onyedika underlined his value in midweek, delivering an impressive performance in Club Brugge’s UEFA Champions League playoff tie against Rangers. He provided an assist in the club’s emphatic 6-0 victory.
