Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is counting down the days to his highly anticipated white wedding with his longtime partner, Chioma Rowland.
The music star took to Instagram to express his excitement, sharing a video of Chioma on his story with the caption: “Can August come already?” The heartfelt post has since gone viral, igniting a wave of excitement among fans and fueling buzz about what many are calling “the most anticipated celebrity wedding of the year.”
Davido and Chioma held their traditional wedding on June 25, 2024, at Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos State—an event that attracted top celebrities, dignitaries, and family members from across the country.
In a previous interview on The Breakfast Club, a renowned U.S. radio show, Davido confirmed that the white wedding is scheduled to take place in August 2025 in Miami.
“I’m doing my white wedding in Miami in August this year,” he revealed, adding even more anticipation to what is expected to be a glamorous, star-studded affair.
