American rapper Cardi B and Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye became one of the talking points of Paris Fashion Week after making a joint appearance at two major fashion events on Wednesday.
The pair attended the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture Show, where they were seen arriving together before the runway presentation. Footage circulating online showed Okoye escorting Cardi B to her seat as photographers captured the moment.
They were later spotted at the Messika showcase, adding to the excitement surrounding their appearance during the fashion week festivities.
The videos quickly gained traction across social media, with fans praising both personalities for their fashion choices and composed presence. Cardi B’s striking red ensemble at the Jean Paul Gaultier show also emerged as one of the event’s most talked-about looks.
Beyond his exploits on the pitch, Okoye has increasingly featured at fashion and lifestyle events, reflecting his growing profile outside football.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper, who was born in Germany to a Nigerian father, earned his first Super Eagles cap in 2019.
Okoye started his professional career in Germany before moving to Sparta Rotterdam, where he was named the club’s Player of the Season for the 2020/21 campaign. He joined Watford in 2022 before completing a move to Italian Serie A side Udinese in 2023, where he has established himself as one of Nigeria’s leading goalkeepers.
