Femi Azeez could make his first appearance for Brighton & Hove Albion when they visit Coventry City in the CBS Arena on Sunday.
The Nigeria international joined Brighton from Millwall on transfer deadline day but has yet to feature after suffering a minor hamstring injury.
Head coach Fabian Hurzeler says the former Reading winger is close to full fitness and could be available for the weekend fixture.
“Also regarding him (Azeez), I hope he will be an option. He will definitely train today with the squad and hopefully everything is fine and then he hopefully is an option for the weekend,” Hurzeler said.
Brighton have managed one victory from their opening three Premier League matches this season.
