Boniface seeks Leverkusen exit on loan

Nigerian striker Victor Boniface is reportedly looking to leave Bayer Leverkusen on loan during the January transfer window.

Sky Sports reports that the 24-year-old has informed his representatives of his desire to move on amid limited playing opportunities this season.

Boniface has managed just five minutes of action for the former Bundesliga champions this campaign.

The forward spent last season on loan at Werder Bremen and remains contracted to Leverkusen until June 2029.

However, the German club are reportedly willing to consider either a loan deal or a permanent transfer.
