Wikki Tourists Take 10-Day Break After Securing NPFL Promotion

Wikki Tourists have announced a 10-day break following their successful qualification for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
The team’s hiatus is scheduled to run from Wednesday, July 16, to Friday, July 25, 2025.
This announcement was made by the club’s management during a celebratory dinner held in Bauchi, attended by players, technical staff, and key stakeholders.
Known as the Bauchi Elephants, the club emphasized that the break is intended to allow players time to recuperate after a physically demanding season and prepare mentally and physically for the challenges that lie ahead.
“The team has accomplished its primary objective — a well-deserved return to the NPFL,” the management said.
“This short break is designed to enable the players to recover from the grueling season and come back stronger for future competitions.”
