Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has spoken candidly about his split from twin brother Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy, revealing the reasons behind the end of the legendary P-Square duo.
In a recent interview with Cool FM, Lagos, Mr P highlighted the unique joy that comes with pursuing a solo career and appealed to fans to respect their decision to part ways.
He said, “There’s a joy that comes with going solo. Please respect our decisions. We’ve tried to make it work as a duo, but it’s not working.”
The brothers initially parted ways in 2016, reunited in 2021, but Paul confirmed in August last year that P-Square had once again officially broken up.
