Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, has carried out an unannounced fire drill in collaboration with the Federal Fire Service, reinforcing its commitment to safety and emergency readiness.
The simulation, held on February 19, 2026 is part of the hotel’s first-quarter safety programme designed to test response capacity and coordination with emergency authorities.
Management says the exercise is aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff, while maintaining high operational standards. According to the hotel, the drill was successfully conducted with support from the Federal Fire Service, helping to improve emergency preparedness and response efficiency.

The exercise comes shortly after the hotel hosted its Valentine’s Day celebrations, which featured special experiences across its rooms and restaurants.
As the Ramadan period approaches, management has reassured guests of its continued commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment.
