Tinubu Presides Over FEC Meeting, Council Honors Late Audu Ogbeh

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is presiding over the ongoing Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

In attendance are Vice President Kashim Shettima, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Senator George Akume, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Didi Walson-Jack, Chief of Staff to the President Femi Gbajabiamila, National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and the majority of cabinet ministers.

During the session, SGF Akume informed council members of the passing of Chief Audu Ogbeh. Ogbeh, who died last week, was a former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and served as Minister of Agriculture under the administration of the late President Muhammadu Buhari.

The council observed a minute’s silence in his honor, with Akume describing the late statesman as a patriot.
