 President Tinubu Swears in Abdullahi Usman Bello as Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau

President Bola Tinubu has officially sworn in Abdullahi Usman Bello as the new Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB).

The oath-taking ceremony took place on Wednesday in the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, just before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council meeting.

The CCB plays a crucial role in ensuring that public officials adhere to established codes of conduct and ethical standards. Its mandate includes overseeing the declaration of assets by public officials, promoting transparency and accountability in governance.

Following the ceremony, President Tinubu presided over the Federal Executive Council meeting, where various matters of national importance are expected to be discussed.
