Giovanni Manna, the sporting director, says that no club has approached Napoli about Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen is now on loan at Galatasaray, the Turkish Super Lig champions.
However, if a club is willing to pay the Nigerian international’s €75 million release clause, he can depart the Yellow and Reds in January.
Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are reportedly interested in activating the release clause.
Manna however said that ”nobody has talked to them” about activating the release clause.
“I already said many times, nobody has talked to us. Victor is owned by Napoli and currently playing for Galatasaray. I think too much has been said about this, there is nothing happening,” Manna told DAZN.
“We made a lot of investments over the summer, if it should be needed, we would be ready to make more. We are concentrated on our campaign, if there is an opportunity to improve the squad, then we will take it, but that is not our priority right now.”
