Kwara United chairman, Kumbi Titiloye, has expressed strong confidence in his team’s readiness and motivation ahead of the 2025 President Federation Cup final clash with Abakaliki FC.
The Harmony Boys are set to face Nigeria National League (NNL) side Abakaliki FC in the highly anticipated final, scheduled for Saturday, June 29, 2025. The match will take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos.
In a media interaction held in Ilorin, Titiloye urged fans and stakeholders to rally behind the team as they aim to bring pride to the state.
“Everything is in gear to ensure that Kwara United gets to Lagos and executes what Kwarans expect of them,” he said.
He further assured that all financial incentives, including bonuses for the Federation Cup and league matches, have been fully settled by sponsors to motivate the players.
“The players are well-prepared to deliver in the final. I implore supporters, stakeholders, and the entire people of Kwara to give the state that pride by backing Kwara United to glory,” Titiloye added.
