Inter Milan Target Cesc Fabregas to Replace Inzaghi Amid Managerial Shake-Up

Inter Milan have made contact with Como to inquire about Cesc Fabregas as a potential replacement for departing head coach Simone Inzaghi.
Inzaghi officially confirmed his exit from the San Siro on Monday, just days after Inter suffered a heavy 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.
With the managerial seat now vacant, Inter are actively searching for a successor and have reportedly placed Fabregas at the top of their list.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri have reached out to Como to discuss the availability of their young manager. Fabregas, who currently manages Como, is seen as a highly promising coaching prospect.
Inter are also considering other options, including former defender Cristian Chivu and ex-Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira. However, Fabregas remains their primary target. The former Spain international is said to hold mutual admiration for Inter and has already met with club president Beppe Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio.
The situation is complicated, however, by Fabregas’ dual role at Como. Not only is he their head coach, but he also owns a stake in the club. He has also previously turned down offers from Bayer Leverkusen and Roma, signaling he may be selective about his next move.
