The Round of 16 fixtures for the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup have been confirmed following the conclusion of the group stage early on Monday.
Nigeria’s Flying Eagles progressed after holding Colombia to a 1-1 draw in their final group match, a result that left Aliyu Zubairu’s side with four points from three games. Norway also advanced after a 1-1 stalemate with Saudi Arabia.
The knockout stage begins on Tuesday and runs through to Friday. Nigeria will face six-time champions Argentina in a high-profile clash.
