Nigerian music star Oniyinde Azeez, better known as Zinoleesky, has opened up about how fatherhood has profoundly changed his life.
The singer, who welcomed his first child, a daughter named Zendaya, in December 2023, and his second, a son named Zafar, in April 2025, shared his transformative journey in a recent interview on Adesope Live.
Zinoleesky revealed that becoming a father has played a pivotal role in helping him overcome certain negative habits. He explained that the arrival of his children has given him a deeper sense of purpose and focus.
“Fatherhood means a lot to me. I can honestly say I’m a changed person since my son came into the world. There are things I would have done before, but now I’ve cut back on certain behaviors, especially for his sake,” he shared.
He went on to emphasize how the responsibility of being a father has pushed him to stay focused and grounded. “I have to keep my head down and stay focused. It’s been a blessing.”
