Euro U-21: France, Portugal Reach Quarter-Finals, Join Spain, Italy, Denmark & Germany

At least six nations have secured their spots in the quarter-finals of the ongoing UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Slovakia, following the conclusion of Tuesday’s group stage matches.
France and Portugal became the latest teams to qualify after impressive wins over Poland and Georgia, respectively. France cruised to a 4-1 victory against Poland, while Portugal dominated Georgia with a 4-0 scoreline.
They now join Spain, Italy, Denmark, and Germany in the last-eight of the tournament. The remaining two quarter-final slots will be determined after the final group stage fixtures are played on Wednesday.
The quarter-final matches are scheduled for June 21 and 22, with only four teams advancing to the semi-finals.
