Nigerian music superstar Davido has reportedly lost a $50,000 bet following the Super Eagles’ exit from the Africa Cup of Nations after a semi-final defeat to Morocco.

Popular TikToker Peller also suffered a setback after placing a $3,000 wager on Nigeria to win within regulation time. Reacting to the loss, Peller sarcastically praised the team’s effort, noting that Nigeria had performed strongly in earlier matches before he decided to place a bet and watch the game.
