Davido Confirms Joint Tour and Collaborative EP with Chris Brown Set for 2026

In a recent appearance on The Ebro Show, Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Davido revealed exciting plans for a major international collaboration with American R&B superstar Chris Brown. The music giants are set to embark on a joint tour and release a collaborative EP in 2026.

Davido disclosed that the two artists have recorded over 20 songs together, enough to release multiple projects. “We can put out two albums right now,” he said, emphasizing the depth of their musical partnership and hinting at the creative chemistry that has grown between them over the years.

While fans have been eagerly anticipating a joint release, Davido explained that the delay was intentional. According to him, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Chris Brown, and he wanted his friend and collaborator to fully enjoy the spotlight. “It’s a big year for Chris. I want him to have his moment,” Davido stated.

Despite the delay, fans won’t have to wait too long to see the duo together on stage. Davido confirmed he will be performing alongside Chris Brown on his Breezy Bowl tour, a move that sets the stage for their upcoming joint tour.

Looking ahead, Davido shared that the 2026 tour will span two continents, covering key cities in both Africa and Europe. “The plan is to do a double continent tour. A tour of Africa and Europe with the joint album,” he revealed, promising fans an unforgettable experience that blends the best of Afrobeats and R&B.
