Bundesliga powerhouse Borussia Dortmund has joined the growing list of clubs interested in KRC Genk striker Tolu Arokodare. The Nigerian forward is the top scorer in the Belgian Pro League this season, with an impressive 22 goals and seven assists.
Arokodare has already been linked with clubs in England and Turkey, and was close to a move to Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor last summer. However, he ultimately decided to stay at Genk after being convinced by manager Thorsten Fink.
According to Transfermarkt, Borussia Dortmund has now targeted Arokodare for a potential transfer in the 2025/26 season. Genk is reportedly open to selling their star striker if a suitable offer is made. Arokodare’s current contract with the club runs until 2027.
