Bendel Insurance have officially confirmed the exit of 25 players from their squad ahead of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
Among the high-profile names departing the Benin Arsenal are club captain Meyiwa Oritseweyinmi, Austin Ogunye, and Bernard Ovoke.
Other notable players who have also parted ways with the team include Moses Abioye, Uche Collins, and Michael Enaruna.
The Benin City-based club is now expected to bolster its squad with new signings before the new campaign kicks off.
Last season, Insurance secured a commendable fifth-place finish, earning 56 points over the course of 38 matches.
They are scheduled to begin their new season with a fixture against El-Kanemi Warriors.
