Barau FC Players Get ₦2m Boost for NNL Super Eight Berth

Players of Barau FC have received a cash reward of ₦2 million following the team’s qualification for the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super Eight playoff.
The club’s owner, Barau I. Jibrin, made the donation during a visit to the team’s training ground on Monday, in recognition of their achievement and to further motivate the squad.
Barau FC secured their place in the NNL Super Eight alongside Wikki Tourists, both emerging from Conference C.
During his visit, Barau reassured the players and coaching staff of his unwavering commitment to the club’s progress, stating his ambition to see Barau FC gain promotion to the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL) in the upcoming season.
“We are here to visit and motivate you, the young players of Barau FC,” Barau said.
“My vision is to see this club among the top teams in Nigeria and eventually in the world. By the grace of God, I will support you in every possible way to gain promotion to the NPFL.”
