This comes on the heels of ‘Baby (Is It a Crime),’ which remains the most streamed Nigerian song of 2025 and holds the record for the second-biggest opening day ever for an African track.
With ‘Bout U’, Rema once again channels the golden era of retro RnB, weaving dulcet-layered harmonies and wistful guitar instrumentals reminiscent of Nigerian boy bands from the early 2000s.
